- Paper feeder: Equipped with Feida offset head for greater speed, reliability and stability. Adaptable to the thickness of the printed parts, with smooth high-speed feeding and single-sheet or laminated paper change with a single button.
- Paper Feeding Table: Made of stainless steel to prevent scratches on the back of the substrate and reduce static friction. Equipped with vacuum absorption to ensure smooth transportation of various materials and speed control for substrate stability.
- Pneumatic Side Gauge: This is a device used to keep the press sheet stable during the screen printing process, using a pneumatic system to regulate pressure and ensure precise alignment during printing.
- Shaftless System: Uses synchronous drive technology with servo motors to eliminate the drive shaft and reduce noise during operation.
- Pneumatic scraping system: Uses electric, pneumatic and hydraulic technology for automatic control of the scraping action, with balanced and stable pressure and the ability to set start and end points.
- Frame separation function (silk screen): Separation system of the frame or screen by electrical control to facilitate the registration of the printing parts and the cleaning of the roller and the screen. The command allows you to lift the frame when necessary, facilitating maintenance and printing operations.
- Electric frame adjustment system (silkscreen): Three-axis remote adjustment for precise and practical adjustment.
