EKS-FQFJ Rewinding and Slitting Machine

The EKS-FQFJ rewinder machine by GPMachines is designed for cutting and rewinding various large rolls of paper, including kraft white cardboard from 20 g/m² to 400 g/m², laminated paper, silicone paper, aluminum, foil, PVC film, non-woven materials, and other roll materials.

The FQFJ-1300 rewinder machine is designed for cutting and rewinding paper and similar materials. Its main features include:

Machine Configuration:

1. Advanced Control: Utilizes three servo motors and an automatic tension control system for precise winding.
2. Speed Regulation: Operates with a variable frequency inverter system to maintain stable operation during acceleration.
3. Automatic Functions: Includes automatic meter counting and alarms.
4. Winding Structure: Employs an air-expanding shaft for easier operation.
5. Deviation Correction: An ultrasonic or CCD system allows for the management of irregular materials seamlessly. These photoelectric sensors capture images of the material and analyze its position. If the material is irregular or deviated, the system can automatically correct the direction or orientation to ensure uniform cutting or processing.
6. Circular Blade: A circular blade is used to cut the material, manually adjustable, with waste material removed by a blower.
7. Efficient Cutting: Utilizes circular blade or razor cutting methods with automatic waste removal.
8. Edge Position Control System (EPC): Automatic correction of the edge position of the material thanks to the EPC system.
9. PLC Control System: The PLC control system enables the machine to operate intelligently. It uses a servo motor to maintain high precision in the rewinding of the roll. It features an automatic tension control system, and the central rewinding makes the roll compact with a very smooth cutting surface.
