NFM-ER1080 Automatic Roll to Roll Vertical Laminating Machine

The NFM-ER high-precision, multi-purpose fully automatic roll-to-roll laminator is a professional equipment used to laminate plastic film onto the surface of printed paper materials.

The unwinding unit of the Automatic Vertical Reel to Reel Laminator adopts a shaftless clamping system and a hydraulic lifting mode, with manual or automatic tension control by air brake. The shaftless clamp is available in three sizes: 3, 6 and 12 inches, suitable for different size paper roll cores. This unit is equipped with a CCD visual sensor and a rectification controller that offers photoelectric tracking with adjustment up to ±75mm, with the voltage independently controlled by the system. The control panel is simple and clear, making operation easy and intuitive.

The machine’s laminating unit features an increased dryer roll diameter of 800 mm and uses an electromagnetic heating system. The maximum pressure of the pinch roller is 12 tons. The bonding system is treated with Teflon process, making it easy to clean and non-sticky. It adopts electromagnetic heating system which enables rapid heating and cooling, ensuring temperature stability. The steel heating roller is equipped with a built-in temperature measuring device for more precise measurement. Furthermore, the heated pinch roller adopts segmented heating system (optional), which is efficient and energy-saving.

The winding unit of the machine uses AC vector frequency conversion control and cooperates with the unwinding system. The lifting and lowering of the paper roll is operated by double cylinder hydraulic pressure. This unit is equipped with a torque adjustment system and an air expansion shaft for winding.
