LK 2-106MTF-BZ duo-press automatic hot foil stamping and die-cutting machine with stripping in one pass is the new generation of LK B series. It is developed on the basis of Guangya’s years of experience of manufacturing of Automatic Foil Stamping and Die Cutting Machines, and of analysis of similar products by the major producers in the industry from both home and abroad as well as of suggestions from our customers.
The whole production flow ranging from feeding and die cutting to the delivery are completely automated. It also features automatic detection, malfunction display, high cutting force as well as high registering accuracy. The main drive is equipped with pneumatic clutch and braking device; Furthermore, quite a few photocells and safety devices are located on the machine, which help to minimize injuries to the operator and damage to the machine that might be caused by the emergency.

The non-stop feeding system includes an imported high-speed feeder with anti-collision protection, electric adjustment and one-button automatic start function, ensuring accurate paper feeding via synchronous belt drive.
The feeding table features imported self-tensioning belts, adaptive pressure wheels, integrated front and side guides, and ultrasonic double sheet detector.
The host station offers functions of electric pressure adjustment, imported intermittent mechanism and preset table. The frame and bottom plate include a two-way hunting lock and bottom plate, fall protection and integrated bottom plate. The host structure is designed with treated materials to withstand high pressures and working speeds.
The hot stamping station features an innovative structure with two stamping stations to complete complex jobs in a single pass, longitudinal and transverse foil shafts, independent temperature zones, and memory and pre-heat functions.
The sheet pass function is developed in-house and offers automatic pass calculations.
The stripping station has a three-frame mechanism with central positioning function and automatic clamping and positioning devices.
The delivery includes functions of non-stop auxiliary delivery, non-stop sampling, servo-controlled brake brushes, rear jogger fine adjustment device, tape inserter, safety tensioner and automatic intermittent lubrication.
The control system includes a large touch screen, imported motion control system and modular electrical system with imported equipment and remote module for maintenance.
