The main system of the machine features a high-strength cast iron structure that makes it sturdy and stable. All jets are heat treated to reduce wear and the machine is equipped with a micro pressure adjustment device for easy setup. The hot stamping system features three foil shafts, five individually controlled heating zones and constant temperature control to ensure high quality. The safety system includes infrared sensors to protect the operator and a series of sensors to stop the machine in case of emergency. The lubrication system is automatic and centralized, with the possibility of regulating the frequency of lubrication. The control system is easy to use, equipped with control panel and delay function. The electrical system is modularly designed according to CE standards, with imported electrical equipment to ensure its quality. The presence of a safety door locking system protects the operator by immediately cutting the power supply if the electrical panel door is opened.
