The automatic die-cutter handles the entire production process autonomously, from start to finish. It features automatic functions for detecting issues, displaying errors, and offers strong cutting capabilities with impeccable precision. The drive, powered by the main motor, is equipped with a pneumatic clutch and brake to ensure safe operation. The automatic die-cutter is equipped with a continuous feeding system (Non Stop) for uninterrupted production.
The feeding table (feeder) features auto-tensioning belts, ensuring precise paper advancement, and a double-sheet detector, which prevents the passage of overlapping sheets.
The main section offers precise adjustment functions to ensure production quality, while the frame is constructed with durable materials to withstand high pressures and speeds.
The foil stamping system is equipped with 2 transversal shafts, 3 longitudinal shafts, and 12 independent temperature zones, as well as memory and pre-heating functions to maximize efficiency and work quality.
The automatic waste removal system is designed with a mechanism that allows precise and automatic positioning of the waste pieces, minimizing errors and improving overall productivity.
Regarding the output, the machine is equipped with devices that ensure continuous and safe delivery of the pieces (Non Stop) without interruptions.
Finally, the control system is comprehensive and intuitive, featuring a large touch screen, ensuring efficient operation and easy management of the machine.
