The LK60MT is Guangya’s small format hot foil stamping and die cutting machine. This machine is great for producing short run die-cutting work, such as presentation folders and irregular shaped direct mail pieces. With a maximum format size of 450 × 600 mm (17.72 × 23.62 in), it can also hot foil and emboss folding cartons. The feeding system offers a non-stop high-speed feeding option, collision protection and electrically adjustable tray side guide. The power table uses self-tensioning belts, integrated front and side guides that adjust electrically and anti-static stainless steel. The host station offers functions of electric pressure regulation, imported intermittent mechanism and synchronous belt drive to ensure operating precision. The frame and bottom plate include a push-button locking device for the hunting and bottom plate, an integrated bottom plate, steel imported from Germany and a cutting table frame with quick lock and central positioning. The hot stamping station includes longitudinal foil shafts, independent temperature zones, independent temperature control, and memory and pre-heat functions. The foil pass function is developed in-house and offers automatic pass calculations and foil optimization. Delivery includes functions of auxiliary delivery, pneumatic non-stop sampling, tape inserter and safety tensioner. The control system includes large industrial touch screen, easy operation, automatic screen off function, production operation monitoring and data statistics. The electrical system is designed modularly, with imported electrical equipment and remote module for maintenance.
