LK 106EMT automatic hot stamping and die-cutting machine is the new generation of LK E series. It is developed on the basis of Guangya’s years of experience of manufacturing of Automatic Foil Stamping and Die-Cutting Machines, and of analysis of similar products by the major producers in the industry from both home and abroad as well as of suggestions from our customers.
This machine is mainly used for die-cutting, indentation, foil stamping and embossing of cartons, cartons and trademarks in the packaging and decoration industry, especially for various high-end and fine printed matters, such as cigarette boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, small household appliance boxes, cosmetic boxes, etc.
All of them can be embossed and indented on this machine to obtain three-dimensional, exquisite and beautiful printed products.
The whole production flow ranging from feeding and die cutting to the delivery are completely automated. It also features automatic detection, malfunction display, high cutting force as well as high registering accuracy. The main drive is equipped with pneumatic clutch and braking device.
Furthermore, photocells and safety devices are located on the machine, which help to minimize injuries to the operator and damage to the machine that might be caused by the emergency.

The non-stop power system includes imported high-speed power supply, anti-collision protection, electric adjustment and one-button automatic start function, ensuring precise feeding through synchronous belt drive.
The feed table features self-tensioning major straps, adaptive pressure wheels, integrated side guides, anti-static stainless steel, and an ultrasonic double sheet sensor.
The host station offers functions of electric pressure regulation, important intermittent mechanism and a preset table.
The frame and bottom plate include integrated two-way locking devices, anti-fall protection, plate and German imported steel.
The host structure is designed with treated materials to withstand high pressures and working speeds. The hot stamping station offers an innovative structure with foil shafts, independent temperature zones, preheat function and electrical power system for the foil.
The foil passing function is developed in-house and includes a foil break detection system.
The delivery includes non-stop automatic functions, non-stop sampling, servo-controlled brake brushes, rear jogger fine adjustment device, tape inserter, safety tensioner and adjustable ventilation system.
The control system includes a large touch screen, imported motion control system and modular electrical system with imported equipment and remote module for maintenance.
