EKS Pack 1200D flexographic printing machine, is an automatic machine, used for stamping plastic bags, letter envelopes, laminated plastic bags, tone packaging, woven and non-woven bags, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, pizza boxes and the others types of packaging. It is a machine with a strong and robust structure with very simple operation, equipped with all safety and photocells, pneumatic clutch and automatic printing technology. This data is also tested with the electrodeposition technique, using electrostatic testing to ensure greater atmospheric protection and better corrosion resistance, as well as being free of solvents for another ecological factor of environmental impact.
Speed from 1800 to 3600 pieces/hour (varies based on the support it is equipped with)

AUTO SHEET FEEDER
The new automatic feeding system is very stable and precise. The machine cover is made of 14mm steel plate, 12x12mm stainless steel plate and 10x10mm square plate.

In this case we have installed a dryer to ensure that the stamp can be obtained quickly.
The Automatic Collection Device is an extra accessory, available on request.

INK SYSTEM
The machine is composed of Anilox Rollers + Rubber Rollers + Circular Pump to ensure the thumb is always very clean and ensure a better printing effect. The Anilox roller is 220 mesh, so you can transfer your thumb in equal mode, especially when printing small letters (about 2 mm) on the material. The Anilox roller also improves the quality of the stamp and reduces its consumption
ink. The rubber roller often has a hardness of 90 Shore, it is an oil-proof roller which guarantees a long life. Washing is carried out in automatic mode.

The cylinder, printed with notches, has a thickness of 10 mm. All stamp cylinders have a chrome coating. The cylinder with notches ensures that the cliché (photopolymer) of the mold can be easily applied and has a better seal on the cylinder.

The stamp unit can be separated automatically, making it easier to install the stamp.

The thickness of the gears is 5cm, making the machine very stable, fast and silent, with a good working environment for the operator.
