The EKS Pack 900 flexographic machine is used for printing on plastic bags, paper bags, laminated plastic bags, tuna packaging boxes, woven and non-woven bags, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, pizza boxes and other types of packaging. It is a machine with a sturdy and reasonable structure with very simple operation, equipped with all safety and photocells, pneumatic clutch and automatic tracking printing technology. It has also been painted with the electroplating technique, using electrostatic painting to have greater atmospheric protection and excellent resistance to corrosion, furthermore they are solvent-free, another ecological factor for the environmental impact.
Speed starting from 1500 to 4500 pieces/hour (varies based on the support being printed).
REAR SIDE
The rear conveyor belt is PVC ring type, transport belts size: 650 x 4500mm, conveyor belt length: 2.2m.
At the exit we find a dryer installed to ensure that the print can dry quickly.
The Automatic collection device is an extra accessory, available on request.
INK SYSTEM
The machine is composed of Anilox Rollers + Rubber Rollers + Circular Pump to have increasingly cleaner ink and to have a better printing effect. The 220 mesh Anilox roller can transfer ink fairly, especially when printing small letters (about 2mm) on the material. The Anilox roller also improves print quality and saves consumption
ink. The rubber roller, on the other hand, has a hardness of 90 shore, it is an oil-proof roller ensuring a long life.
The New Design 2024 is characterized by a new housing structure for the Anilox roller and the Rubber roller controlled by the gear box, where it is possible to make various adjustments.
A. Anilox Roller: The adjustment of the roller can be done only once and not necessarily at every job, if the thickness is always the same and remains unchanged.
B. Rubber Roller: The rubber roller connects to the anilox roller via gear box adjustment, the adjustment can be done from one side only (we recommend from the left side) which will automatically synchronize the rubber roller with the anilox roller.
This system significantly reduces wear on the rubber rollers.
