EKS 4025P
The Model EKS 4025P press represents the fruit of experience in the hot stamping sector.
The machine was born from a simple need: a single machine that could cover a wide range of processes. The structure of the machine is very solid and robust.
Structured to facilitate printing even on very deep supports such as:
- Envelopes printed in the gussets
- Wooden or plastic fruit and vegetable boxes
- Bottle holders
- Cake holder
- Print flat
The machine is equipped with a steel arm which guarantees excellent resistance to piston pressure, this pneumatic model reaches a pressure of 1.5 Ton.
The print drawer is removable, thus facilitating the assembly of printing clichés and has a printing surface of 250 x 400 mm.
The printing surfaces are interchangeable, increasing the versatility of the machine, and equipped with a central hole that allows the rotation of the support and facilitates the centering of the print.
Furthermore, the printing tables have slides which further facilitate the vertical centering of the print. The machine panel located on one side is made up of thermoregulators and timers.
The machine is equipped with 2 buttons and two photoelectric protection barriers and an additional protection cage to guarantee maximum operator safety.
The air piston is of the linear type, it does not use knee pads to put pressure on the supports. Thanks to this feature it is possible to print reams and thicknesses greater than a simple sheet of paper. The series also offers the machine with hydraulic piston, the Model EKS 4025I, greatly increasing the thrust of the piston which reaches a pressure of up to 3 tons.
